Mirror took almost a month to arrive despite being a standard rectangle. Communication was horrendous and no emails where returned or calls despite the numerous amount I made. Delivery driver was good and very pleasant, mirror is fine but communication just non existent. Won't be using them again purely down to lack of communication

TOTAL SCAM Ordered a mirror two weeks ago to include shipping and delivery. No correspondence and no response to two emails now enquiring as to where this product is. Reading previous reviews, I can only conclude this business engages in scamming people out of their money. What is the other explanation? Obviously I'll be getting the money back from my bank and visiting the store this coming week to have a face to face conversation about this. I'll update this review once that has happened.

Absolutely dreadful service. Avoid at all costs. They delivered my mirror with no sensible packing, suction cups or any ability to move it from the van. The driver refused to touch it, the office refused to help so it was sent back. No communication or warning about poor delivery method at any stage in the sales process. Since then i have not had a single response to my emails. So i am out of pocket and no mirror!

I bought a grey tinted mirror for my bathroom, i realised i had ordered the mirror not grey but standard. so i rang them and the representative explained that he would send a refund and i should reorder, and a refund email came through within ten minutes. The glass came and is perfect for what i needed. Reasonably priced but then realised that 2 weeks on I still hadn't received my refund back into my account. I phoned them several times over the last few weeks to sort it out and I've been fed line after line of "the accounts department will ring you the Tomorrow" etc. and nothing has happend. Everything is good barring the customer service, Which is very lacking, I'm mow having to go through the credit card company to prove they should have refunded it. Like I say, i like the product but customer service is very poor.
