I have been going to the Camden Beauty spa after seeing the results of their laser treatment on my daughter. I have tried different laser treatments and have seen marked improvement. On my legs hair became patchy and stopped growing back after just a few sessions! Obviously not every area is the same and they do advise this. Every single lady that has carried out my treatment has been friendly while remaining professional. The receptionists likewise are lovely ladies. I have had Anna, a lovely friendly lady undertake my laser session on a couple of occasions. She takes the time to check about changes in medications, other treatments etc. since my last visit. Everyone recommends exfoliation between sessions to see better results as well as improve laser treatment benefits. But she took the time to explain how to do exfoliation and what sort of products I should use during and afterwards. She also offered me sunscreen for my skin after the laser session. This is something Camden Beauty spa offer after all laser sessions. She took great care during the laser session asking if I was comfortable. Really great place, their regular offers make laser treatments very affordable and great value for money. I thoroughly recommend them. Service: Laser hair removal

I been going for laser hair removal sessions both for legs and Hollywood area over a year now. Paid for 12 sessions and it was not just waste of money but also time. Reduction I’ve seen for legs is up to 30% and 20% for Hollywood area.. big mistake

I have been to this place 5 times already for laser hair removal. Receptionists are very rude and the laser is not working at all. After the first 2 sessions I could see great results then from the 3rd they lowered the power of the laser (I really couldn't feel anything at all and I asked them to put it a bit stronger but they didn't). So now I my hair is growing back again. They probably do it so that you'll book another sessions. I have the same amount of hair I had before starting the treatments. Avoid at all cost.

Before choosing what package to purchase I consulted with Camden Beauty Spa over the phone, and chose a package which would work for me. I bought directly from the business so that they would benefit too and booked my appointment. Due to busy roads, I arrived only 3 minutes late, but was greeted with rudeness. No hello, just the receptionist telling me that I was really late. After which the laser therapist was really rude and unhelpful. She wouldn't listen to what I needed doing. I paid for an area and the therapist refused to cover the whole of that area, and rushed the treatment, meaning the treatment was incomplete. There was noone waiting to go in at reception when I came out, so felt the rush was unnecessary. I wouldn't have paid for the service had I known exactly what service I'd be getting. And I NEVER write bad reviews for anywhere! It was a really unpleasant experience which left me feeling upset. Very unprofessional. Service: Laser hair removal
