I recently sent in my saliva sample for DNA analysis. Results have come back and I'm truly amazed at the spectrum and detail of what I've received. Ordered DNA test 3 weeks ago as a gift for my wife - was not yet delivered; FitnessGenes team does not know where is the package nor when can be delivered, not willing to send another one or compensate the delay in any way. Poor customer service on top of not reliable chain of suppliers. The shipping of tests is big part of the whole concept and if you offer the transport to given destination excuses later on that there are delivery issues at some locations are not appropriate. I had received multiple deliveries from UK within few days so that is no a problem of destination. Requested contact with the manager of support team but CEO seems to be on vacation and no any response for a week. Without even using the actual service of the FitnessGenes I can advice not to use it to avoid the disappointments - the way the Company response to an issue related to its product means something about the Company.
