John is an amazing personal trainer and a great motivator. He is very knowledgeable and is very good with HIIT workouts. What i like the most about this training methods is his ability to bring in fun element in the workout routines. I used to get really exhausted after the training but would still be smiling.

John is one the best PT's I have had. If ur looking for a push this is defo the guy, he will adjust to help u through the exercises but don't let u give up. He is also a laugh and will bring he best out of u. If u wanna change, learn something new or if u feel u don't know where ur going wrong and why ur body shape is not changing then i would highly recommend this guy
