    I attended a Pliates taster session and was really impressed with the class, the teacher and the layout of the fitness studio. I spoke to some of the other ladies that regularly attend and got the sense that it is a community of women supporting each other with their fitness and overall well-being. Leah was very warm and welcoming and happy to ask any questions. I was so impressed I've signed up to the Pilates class and Strengthening class. They also have a Walking group and from the pictures, it looks like they have a lot of fun keeping fit! It's very local to me and is just what I've been looking for to kick-start my exercise regime for the year ahead.

    I joined Leah in November of 2020. I’d been with another personal trainer for 8 years prior but with covid and limited availability , I ended up looking for another trainer plus I felt I needed a change. Changing to Leah has been an overall positive experience. Leah strikes a good balance between pushing to work hard without pushing too hard. She is easy to communicate with, friendly and knows her stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone as a personal trainer.

My fitness levels have definitely improved, an I enjoy all the classes I attend. Leah is great and so are all the ladies that attend the classes, we keep fit whilst having a laugh.     I first made contact with Leah in 2018. Fast approaching middle age I wanted to tone up and improve my overall fitness. I'd had some PT sessions with a male instructor in a main stream gym and was sure I didn't want that again. From our first meeting I knew Leah was different; professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to train with. She is firm but fair and each session is planned specifically around me, my abilities and goals. I can honestly say that I feel good after each session, (even on the days when I really didn't want to exercise ! ) and am fitter and more toned as a result of my time with Leah
