Excellent telephone manner by the sales chaps I spoke too, the latest one being Ryan Daly. I purchased the triple rack and Hex Dumbbells online they were circa £800.00, despatched and delivered promptly to my home last weekend. Unfortunately the rack does not sit square, despite many attempts at re-erecting with the spars in different locations the rack is still sitting at an very obvious angle. A couple of emails sent to the warranty dept were not replied too, so called today and spoke to Ryan who was very attentive and is in the process of escalating my query to the correct dept, I would no less expect to have this resolved within the next few working days. Happily give F.S 5 stars and a positive review simply with the way my calls have been handled, speed of delivery and the quality of goods, despite the rack being poorly manufactured the people behind the scenes are what it's all about. I will happily pay for a more expensive rack less the deduction for the faulty rack and will update this post when a solution is agreed. I would have no hesitation in dealing with F.S again.

Before purchasing our treadmill, my wife got advice from the Sales team. She was set on Proform/Nordic treadmills but a few FS reps highly suggested that she should buy a Sole machine. We really wish we hadn't... First of all, when building the treadmill we noticed that one of the screw fitting on the threadmill console was broken and one of the screws at the bottom of the treadmill securing a cover would not fit into its place. These appeared to be cosmetic issues so we let them go (FS didn't offer any quick resolution and sent me straight to the manufacturer to report it, which we frankly didn't have time for). However, soon after we discovered a much bigger fault with the treadmill (and a potential health and safety hazard because the treadmill produces ridiculous amounts of dust and air pollution within 1 minute of use) which FS has failed to resolve to date. Instead of dealing with it themselves, which they are supposed to do under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (because we only bought the treadmill 2 months ago) they sent us to the manufacturer again. We have provided 4 videos and sent numerous emails proving the issue but they failed to act and only sent dismissive emails about it. I'd strongly recommend you avoid Fitness Superstore as the service is awful. Instead buy fitness machines from John Lewis.

Super disappointed with the customer service. I ordered an item that wasn't advertised properly that was unfit for purpose when it arrived. Given the false advertising I asked that they cover the return fee and they weren't even prepared to do that. Really poor experience.

We visited the store last month to purchase a cross trainer for my mum who is retired and wanted to be more active. Both Callum and David spent time talking us through the different products and brands. We didn't really have a budget and instead of them trying to persuade us to buy the most expensive product, instead took time to understand what my Mum wanted and needed and we settled with a mid price piece of equipment. Delivery and installation is expensive at £125 but well worth it. The delivery team were really nice and slight mix up with the delivery time but it all worked out fine. Highly recommend to anyone in north east!
