Showers are always broken or running cold. Soap dispensers missing or empty. Steam room and sauna regularly out of action. Nice staff though

I visited this gym recently in mental health awareness week using a free pass. I was impressed with the facilities and the different areas allocated for example cardio, boxing and weight training, machines. Spacious and clean, did not notice any obvious issues or points of concern. Price may be high for some but reductions in price are available dependent on your job role e.g. Bluelight workers. I went on a Sunday with my son in law who is a member of Fitness First. The weight training areas have a range of different equipment and free weights. Everything I used was well maintained, the variety of equipment was great suitable for younger and older visitors. My review is based on the areas I visited and used. There are showers and sauna which I saw but never used myself. Clean toilets. Nice environment, well light, staff friendly. I would recommend to friends and family.

By far the best gym , amazing vibe and the instructors are super professionals...Big shout out to James (gym manager) for his professionalism and for being a great instructor, you are guaranteed a good sweat attending his classes. Nat is another brilliant instructor, she is that one instructor who doesn’t play and there to train you and will push you to get out of your comfort zone. I love it there so much😊

Great gym. Clean, machines in working order, amazing steam room and sauna and a friendly atmosphere. Would give 5 stars if it didn't close at 10pm, 8pm on weekends
