This gym has been in decline for some time now. They very often have issues with either hot water or lack of towels, making it very difficult to shower after your work-out. I do not recommend using if going to work or going out after the gym. Their staff seems to have become less friendly in recent months. They often miss you even leaving as too busy watching their phones with their head down, or are either "chillin" on the sofas and minding their own business. Overall very poor for the caliber of the group.

I signed up to this gym as it’s the only gym with a curved treadmill, they have one curved treadmill, and it’s not worked since I arrived over a month ago. The same is true for one of the two assault bikes in the gym. Still not working. And the gym is very small to have broken equipment/ needs new batteries, not to mention you are paying 80 pound a month for this. I have reported issue 3 times. Each time the member of staff says, “we have to just put the complaint into a program and in a few weeks someone will fix them…we know it’s not efficient.” Neither machine has been fixed as of yet. It’s a shame because the staff, trainers and general vibe is really nice.

Definitely not worth the membership price. There has been no hot water at the gym since I started as a member a month ago. Often no towels. Usually bits of rubbish left at the machines for days (which shows the cleaners don’t clean the machines). Machines that don’t work and no signs have been put on the machines to say they don’t work. I sent an email asking if I could cancel my membership earlier than the 30 day notice period due to these issues and got some generic response which showed the person had not read my email at all. There is a Pure Gym close by which is a lot better for 1/3 the price and other boutique gyms which have much better facilities. Don’t bother with this place!
