    Best experience. Nice & friendly smiling staff. I always find machines to work out, no fuss, no mess. Clean area... Francis- the cleaner, rather our health engineer always working hard to keep the gym clean. I used to visit an other gym, the gym before but I never felt comfortable as the manager was bossy and was always after you watching as you were doing something wrong. FF is comparatively small in size but gives you the comfort of home.

    Honestly such a horrible experience. The gym smells, the machines are filthy. The women’s fitting room id dirty, wet on the floor and also smelly. The ladies that were using the sauna were basically naked and scrubbing their skin off in the steam room. Never going again and I want my money back. RIDICULOUS

Contacted Head Office they said they would pass on my complaints lo and behold they did not get back. I won't bother recommending to friends and family.
