Great location and really friendly staff (Felicia and Soria have specifically been very welcoming and helpful)! Facilities are good, Air con could be better, the sauna and steam room area is really poorly ventilated, it can have a slight musty smell at times, most of the equipment is good although, the cross-trainer feels like its quite a basic model when using and the boxing gloves smell really bad. I would prefer to take my own towel when walking in, instead of waiting to be passed one or having to request one from staff in conversation. Emails have been sent way to often and they don't seem to be all that pertinent as I'd already looked through the site and app but being new I didn't want to unsubscribe incase I missed anything that might be of use but, think I will now! The showers feel quite compact and there was no hot water on one of the days last week, which was really disappointing (if this is going to be the case there should be a sign notifying customers of this) All this to say, my experience so far has been good not great, but the points of my feedback are all easy changes to implement so hoping that with these small improvements put in place my experience will improve!

Visitor to the area and my hotel did not have a gym, but they have an agreement with this establishment. Lots of equipment (I stuck with a treadmill), super friendly staff, amenities such as towels, showers, lockers, and even afterworkout shakes you can buy.

Gym is nice but they need a designite yoga studio, you can hear all the noise from the gym - you trying to meditate and relax and you have heavy house music playing on the other side 🙄😂 the sauna and steam room are perfect
