I have been training with Mo for almost 4 years now. He is a great trainer and lovely person. He motivates you and pushes you, but in a good way. I always joke with him that the session was a 'torture' session, but I love my sessions with him and keep going back for more. If funds allowed, I would definitely have more than one session per week. I highly recommend him. The one Photo is a training session with my daughter in the snow, it shows dedication :).

Mo is a fantastic PT! He is very experienced, very knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does. I initially encountered Mo due to needing rehabilitation after shoulder surgery. After he helped me sort my shoulder out, he has helped me with general PT for a number of years now. Although he trains people for competitions as well, he is excellent at helping people of all shapes and sizes - for example, I have recently seen him training a couple in their 70s. I would highly recommend him!

If you are wanting to improve your fitness, lose weight, tone up and feel more confident I would recommend contacting Mo. Since I have been training with Mo I have lost over 20kg, built muscle and have achieved a slimmer, more toned body shape. Definitely the best thing I have done for myself.
