If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT PURCAHSE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a genuine review, I purchased an expensive spin bike from this organisation in June 2019, they have been extremely unhelpful and did not report the faults to the manufacturer, which I have found out from the manufacturer is what they should have done. Instead they charged me for ‘servicing’, which didn’t solve the issues and the bike is still not working. I’m now having to deal directly with the manufacturer. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Bunch of Jokers with no customer service skills. I bought an incompatible product, delivery guy simply dumped it at the back of the building in the rain without informing anyone. We stumbled upon it 2 days after whilst taking out the trash. After trying the attachment on my squat rack i noticed that it wasn't compatible. I called the office and spoke with Nikki who said I could return it and she will send me an email with instructions. Ploy to run down the clock!! Long story short, I didn't receive any email, when i called back again they told me they can't take it back because its been over 30 days even though the initial return conversation happened with their 30 days. They refuse to accept responsibility whilst at the same time blaming their error on lack of staff and running on skeleton crew like it's my fault. Now I'm stuck with a useless £350 metal. Worst company with the worst customer service ever!! Look for other outlets. Happy to review this if this injustice is rectified!

Faulty equipment - Please do not waste money with this company. I spent almost £1,000 on a treadmill in April and was told the machine was good for a few years, not even 8 months in and the machine has completely stopped working. I’ve now been told been told the repair will cost over £200.

With the gyms being shut down, and almost everyone suddenly sold out of exercise equipment, I was thrilled to find a used Life Fitness LifeCycle GX and Jordan Fitness Body Pump weights studio set on FitKitUK's site. While the bike was really quite expensive, it's a gym-quality bike that I am sure I can trust to withstand the sort of spin classes I usually do at my gym. Everything arrived this morning and I'm really happy with my new gear. Thank you FitKit for saving me during this lockdown!

Fitkit uk delivered a Technogym Vario elliptical trainer in excellent second-hand condition at a very good price. The owner, Ben, replied quickly to any sales and delivery enquiries, and the machine arrived well packaged, and the delivery man helpfully took it up into my garage. I would strongly recommend this service – they’re obviously a professional outfit, and Ben even sent me a manual to help with console programming. Very good kit!
