It was during the winter lockdown where Christmas was cancelled that I decided to start PT with Altesse. Best decision ever. He listens to your goals, brings a calm positive energy to the sessions and is always encouraging you to be better. I like that he brings variety to our workouts and pushes me to do things I.e. weights that I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing on my own.

So much choice of different classes, making lockdown less 'ground-hog day' and more enjoyable! The variety keeps me active and makes me work up a sweat; with boxing, core, strength and Hiit to yoga, glute bands and full body stretch (to name a few). Who knew Zoom workouts could be so energetic and fun! I would definitely recommend these guys, they have something for every level of fitness and they even throw in bonus sessions! I am definitely going to continue when lockdown is over and normality kicks back in! 😊

I've been attending Fitfun bootcamps for a few months and I can say it's hands down the best work out class I've ever done. I was returning to exercise post baby and initially was worried about my fitness levels, especially in comparison to others. However everyone was super friendly, Al was really encouraging and willing to help with adjustments for varying fitness levels when needed, and I definitely felt like I'd had a proper workout at the end. I cannot recommend this bootcamp enough, to anyone of any fitness level.

I would highly recommend this Saturday bootcamp. It’s great fun and great everyone is so friendly. I love that we are all different shapes, sizes, ages, levels of fitness. Ally who runs it really motivates us and knows what he’s talking about. Great value for money too. I have been meaning to sign up to something like this for years - so glad I found this one.

I’d seen the boot camp group working out on the common and eventually built up the courage to have a go. I hadn’t exercised for some time I was allowed to work at my own pacr and the group and trainers were all so encouraging. As well as getting fit I’ve also met some lovely local people. I would highly recommend this group.

My time at FitFunBoxing and Bootcamps has been amazing! They make the hardworking sport of boxing into something very enjoyable wish makes the hard work seem a little easier. The trainers there are so good, they understand every persons different levels and can cater to that. They’ll also make you the biggest believer that you can achieve anything you want within yourself. A huge credit to them and I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone looking to improve fitness, lose weight and have fun doing so.

I was looking for a new outdoors bootcamp/interval training/circuits-style class after moving to South London and am very glad I came across the FitFun team. The instructors are very professional with a thorough understanding of a good training routine. You can tell with every session that thought has gone into it. Instructors incorporate bands, kettle bells, boxing, as well as other equipment for circuits, as well as body-weight exercises, hill runs etc for interval, tabata and other setups - it's always a very good, rounded workout. You can work intermediate or advanced and challenge yourself against both repetition & time targets, as well as other bootcampers. Darren and Ali are great instructors in every respect - training, professionalism, great group instructors, and just super friendly while pushing you on. I've trained with the group for roughly one year now and I hate missing sessions. It's great workout outdoors with a very approachable and friendly group of people. Really the best way to start your weekend, in rain or shine! You always feel good.

Love everything about this class. I started going just over a year ago. I had always been a regular exerciser but had lost my exercise mojo after child number two and was looking for something convenient and flexible to get me back on track. The first thing I would say is how friendly the group is. The trainers and regulars make a real effort to make everyone, especially newcomers, feel welcome and there is a very encouraging and supportive vibe. The classes vary from week to week so it doesn't get boring and the trainers provide different options to suit every level of fitness. It’s also a good laugh with plenty of light hearted banter and chat. I’ve met some really nice people through this group, my fitness levels have improved and I have got my training mojo back!

I absolutely love every sweaty & achy part of FitFun bootcamp. I have been wanting to join a bootcamp for a long time but was really nervous about what the people would be like & whether they would all be super fit & I would feel out of place. I found FitFun on Facebook & signed up for a free trail. As soon as I walked up to the group I was greeted by smiling faces from Darren, Ali & all of the group. All the people are different shapes & sizes & of different abilities, this made me feel at ease straight away. Throughout the session people, were talking to me & each other & I instantly knew I wanted to be part of this group. The training itself is pitched at two different levels & you are encouraged to work out at your own pace but Darren & Ali push just enough to get you out of your comfort zone, which is how you see results. The exercises are expertly planned to work out your entire body & even after just 7 weeks, I can feel a difference in my physical strength & my energy levels. I have even started going to the Monday boxing session, which is also a brilliant workout, especially for the arms! Darren & Ali are amazing at what they do, they have managed to find a perfect balance between fun & professional. They have both made me feel comfortable when I am training & like I can achieve my goals. I would highly recommend FitFun to anyone looking to get fit, especially if you like being outdoors. In fact I did recommend it & my friend joined the group last week.

I have only recently started attending FitFun boxing and bootcamps but I will definitely be continuing to do so. Both have an extremely welcoming and supportive atmosphere and allow you to work at your own level of fitness, meaning that although challenging, you never feel overwhelmed! Both the boxing and bootcamps are really great fun - would definitely recommend!
