Recently had laminate flooring fitted. Had to have a return visit to have floor taken up and relaid as there were 2 planks that were coming away from each other. The problem persisted after the floor was relaid and it was proposed the floor be repaired by gluing it, which didn't sit well with me. I asked the fitter to come back out which he agreed to, and then he didn't turn up! We then made arrangements for him to come the following week, and yet again, he didn't turn up.All in all a bad experience. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Definitely would not recommend
