    I had a 3 hour fitness competition on Saturday and was getting loads of lactic acid during my training, so I looked for alternatives to just diet. I researched iv therapy’s and the evidence was overwhelming, with a fear of needles I did the research trust me. Amazingly I competed at what would be my normal lactate fresh hold for 3 hours + with no lactate, a particularly nice bonus was no DOM’s too.
