    I signed up for the level 3 pilates course and paid a £125 deposit on the 03/11/22. I received a confirmation email but no other info. I was keen to get started as was told you could start straight away and I sent a Facebook message on the 09/11 asking what happens next and how do I access the course. I didn' get the reply for 5 days (14/11) and was told to keep an eye out for an email later that day. 3 days passed and still no email so I chased again. On the 22/11 I received 2 manuals in the post but nothing with them so had no idea if that was everything or more to come so sent an email asking. Never had a response. On the 23/11 I had an email off Michelle apologising saying she had to manually register me onto the course and I received an email that took me onto the pilates resources page and would receive an email with the login details for the online units shortly. On the 29/11 I made a 2nd payment off the course for £350. On the 30/11 I finally got my login details for the online learning. I completed one unit but couldn't find the y mark assessments so sent an email on the 05/12. By the 13/12 I hadn't heard anything back so emailed again. I had a reply from Michelle apologising saying she only worked part time and I needed to email my tutor. I was aware I had a tutor as had seen her contact details on the resources page but had never spoken or been introduced to her. Michelle said she had given me access to the assessments. On the 19/12 I still didn't have access to the assessments so hadn't completed anymore of the course so I emailed my tutor Jo. I also asked about a unit I thought was missing. I got an out of office saying she was back on the 29/12. I was starting to lose my patience at this point and confidence in completing the course. On the 28/12 I had an email off Michelle saying no one else had signed up for the course and they were looking at doing it over a shorter number of days. I I replied the same day to tell her I wasn't happy with this and everything else I wasn't happy with and asked to cancel and for a full refund of the £500 I paid. Come 03/01 guess what? Still no reply to my email so I chased again on the 04/01 i had a reply saying she would refund me £336. As a "gesture of goodwill" she had paid me back the deposit but had taken £164 out for "resources". All I'd had was 2 manuals and access to the online learning for a few weeks which I stopped using due to the lack of assessments. I was told the £336 would be with me by the end of the week. I replied and asked for a breakdown of the resources andoffer3d to return the 2 manuals. Got to Wednesday the following week guess what? No reply and no refund! On the 11th Jan I received a refund of £336 but never had a reply or explanation from Michelle. I appreciate companies have terns and conditions but the customer service here was awful and I don't see why I should be £164 out of pocket some discretion would have been nice. I never heard back from my tutor either. Avoid at all costs. No phone number and really poor communication.
