    The "clinic" was a small room, in a hairdresser, part of a sports club.After booking and paying online for my husband's test, we arrived on site but there was no one there for the appointment.We booked and paid for a PCR "in lab", to have the test properly done by a professional, but no one from the "clinic" showed up. If we wanted to do it ourselves, we would have bought a cheaper one, would have saved the trip and would have done it at home.We called the number available on the website and the person on the other side said they were not aware of our booking. The whole conversation was very disappointing. After asking us to send the booking confirmation via email, the person hung up without an apology, without confirming reception of the email or commenting on its content and without saying what would happen after.Terrible customer service and no idea of what such expression means.Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other clinics and labs in the market offering a much more reliable service for the same price or less.
