    2023: These guys have totally changed my relationship with exercise. I’ve always been active, gym, running cycling etc but I used to view exercise as a necessity to be fit and healthy. Body Mechanics changed all that. I love the Bootcamp sessions and the wonderful community of people they have brought together. I’m mid 40s, fitter than I’ve ever been, and enjoying every minute of Body Mechanics Bootcamps. I can not recommend enough. Thank you Nate & Chewy 💪 2020: Pre-COVID I would go to the gym 3/4 times a week. Once gyms closed I struggled to really push myself with a home workout routine. Body Mechanics bootcamp has pushed me to make improvements to both my physical and mental health in tricky times. The team are great. Friendly, knowledgeable and push you to the next level. It’s really good fun too

    Been going to the Body Mechanics group sessions both in local parks & online for about a year now. I couldn't speak more highly of it. The guys leading it are really lovely and the whole process is so inclusive, supportive and considerate of different people's different abilities, styles, preferences etc. They bring in wellbeing into what they do and intentionally build a community within the group, including arranging group trips to the country and constantly designing new activities and projects. Going to this group has not only got me into shape, but they've also totally changed my relationship to exercise. Whereas I used to force myself to try (and fail) to do a short run, now exercise is a part of who I am & I make time for it most days. If it wasn't for Body Mechanics turning exercise into something fun for me, something I really enjoy, then this personal change never would have happened - I definitely owe that to these guys. Honestly, I just couldn't recommend it enough. If you're around South Manchester & want to get fit & healthy in a wecoming & friendly environment then this is definitely the shout for you! Nice one.

    I massively recommend BMUK, what fantastic supportive trainers they are. Wherever you're at they will support and encourage you because they care. They're friendly, motivated, goal orientated, fun and allsorts more. Definitely my favourite work out activity working with these trainers. PT or Bootcamp, they're both mint. You'll have loads of fun getting good fit and strong with BMUK 💚
