Having attending classes at Fisical since Ashlyn opened the doors 4 years ago, the different levels and styles of yoga have become an important place to escape and reset my emotional and mental state. The moment you enter the studio you are engulfed with the soft pleasant smells of incense to the varied choices of yoga classes on offer. I always come away feeling the class was not long enough and want to hold onto the feeling of being calm and balanced. All of this comes from Ashlyn and her teachers being conscientious towards how the class feels with injuries or emotionally, adapting the class to suit. As a male member I have always found everyone friendly, with no judgement or expectation to meet a given ability level. The class is mine to experience a level that suits my body. Ashlyn’s Fisical provides a retreat in Sevenoaks for me to escape from everyday life and enjoy my choice of yoga, meditation or just being in a friendly environment to share these experiences with others.
