She loves it and we feel confident in our choice. It’s made returning to work much less stressful. Would recommend 100%. The staff are all so attentive and personable. Love it!

This sums up my entire experience at this nursery. I am updating my review as a reply to the response from the owner below. Firstly, the thank you card was sent and clearly addressed to my children’s caregiver - Chelsea NOT to the nursery, coming here to infer so, sheds light on the lacking organisational culture of the nursery, which underpins the main reason we were happy to exit the setting and purposely refused the proposed terms. I initially refrained from providing details out of respect to the caregivers who were warm to my kids but I’m happy to leave my full feedback now. If it was possible to rate this nursery a zero, I would, as a feedback encompasses the whole experience, not one part. We had no “debt issue” with the nursery, and have never missed any payment in our 7 months plus spent, again misleading information, rather the nursery sent us WRONG invoices dating back to Nov & Dec, and only realised the shortfall months after I sought a bill review and then they demanded we paid it back within their time frame, we negotiated a different time frame for this error made by the nursery due to it being unanticipated, and the nursery curtly refused, this combined with other issues we had noticed with the admin & accounting of the nursery, made us happy to leave. The bill review was sought in the first place because there’s obscurity in the way the nursery calculates the grant for funded hours, unduly reducing it for full session kids despite the grant being a fixed amount, thereby shortchanging parents, and sending inconsistent & incorrect calculations at different periods. A breakdown was eventually provided via a statement showing the undue deduction of the grant allocated to my kids after so much back & forth. Upon our exit at the nursery we still received a wrong & inaccurate breakdown of the amount due to be refunded to us for the unused sessions, and this was only amended after I reached out to refuse the calculation. This culture of Fisherfield's upper management will eventually permeate across the entire setting, and honestly, we weren’t happy to remain within such a place. I did express my concern and disappointment about how our issue was mishandled by and to the Admin Manager - Liz, filed a complaint with the necessary bodies and so on and so forth, thus the nursery replying here as though they are oblivious to the underlying issues, is completely misplaced.
