Exhorbitant pricing for annual checks - daylight robbery for what is a 5 minute, one-man job! The system itself is OK, however, the control panel is unecessarily loud for a residential unit. The Engineers are always friendly.

Very poor customer service & the alarm engineer was even telling me as a customer about how they treat him at fishers, I am trying for over 3 weeks to fix an error with them but they do not resolve it. I have called them several times and they were postponing me for 3-5 working days. The work quality is at a low standards which I can only suggest to avoid these at ANY COST!

My company have had the same Fisher Security system on our factory for over 25 years. During that time it has not failed once nor has it given a single false alarm. The Fisher staff are always friendly and courteous and have never tried to charge me to fix something that just doesn't break. In fact we were so pleased with the Fisher system protecting our business that we now have Fisher on our home .. and my father's home and my brother's home and my neighbour's home. All these systems have also been totally reliable for over twenty years and cost very little in yearly maintenance. I don't hesitate to recommend Fisher's to anyone I know.
