    On 1st October the engineer was unable to fix the freezer door problem and a replacement fridge freezer was ordered. On Jan 28th Ash and Seb arrived with the new one. Before all the work of taking the old one out and bringing the new one in he wanted to check the problem. He found the fault and fixed it! What a clever and professional team they are. You sent the best and we are delighted.

    I have been absolutely robbed by Fisher & Paykel. I purchased a "top-of-the-range" (RS90A1 90cm) Integrated French Style Fridge Freezer and I've been unable to install the thing for 6 months!!! No help on the way! Now I've just turned the thing on and it doesn't get cold, an engineer can come 3 days later... Avoid like the plague, get a siemens, samsung or miele and keep your money. This garbage is going to go into the skip soon enough, £3.5k down the drain, and that's before the mammoth costs I'm going to incur to sort out the rest of the integrated design. I'm left feeling physically sick in my stomach.

    Cannot even give one star but it wouldn’t let me post my comment, unless I did! Customer service non-existent! Have spent more time on hold than not over past two weeks. Have been promised an update email twice, as to the whereabouts of my new dishwasher, ordered in June. No email. Tried to call again today, on hold for an hour, then they cut me off! Frustrating and maddening is an understatement! 😤

    I would give zero if available for customer services. Phone rings for 30 mins 22 secs and rings off. Tried for over 8 hours got through twice with no result. Dreadful

    Do not use these con artists ! Returned something in May and they told me they couldn't deal with it as their system had been compromised.I have since phoned them several times only to be transferred from one department, and country it seems, to eventually have the phone put down on me. Still no refund in August and unable to get through to anyone .

    Cant get hold of anyone! I have sent multiple emails and tried to call in but no one picks up. Customer service 1/10. I returned an item under the no quibble policy. They took 1 months to collect the item and now its another month later and no refund processed! Absolute shambles of a company. Do not recommend! I called in again 8am. Spoke to someone in New Zealand called Melissa. She said she would put me through to resolution team and they hung up on me! Might be a phone problem but it needs to be fixed! I tried again straight after and hung up on again. Very disappointed. I have raised a chargeback claim with my bank. Avoid this company based on customer service at all costs! Imagine if you equipment breaks down!

    Took ages with fiddly little screws to remove a panel just to change a light bulb. Then you go to the website to be told that the part is no longer made. Click for a replacement - nothing comes up. Tried to call - 20 minute wait so I did not bother waiting. Will try a local stockist to see if I can get some sense. Now we have the cooker hood in bits until we get two new light bulbs at about £18.33 per light bulb!!!! Will remember F&P if we ever need another cooker hood, and avoid them.
