Having had experiences with larger corporate Funeral Directors, Colin, Emma and team were a breath of fresh air. From helping us plan the perfect send off for our loved one, assisting in removal/ storage of a headstone already in place, arranging a horse drawn carriage as well as preparing and making sure our loved one looked his very best all in such a short space of time, the team did not miss a detail. Above all, Fisher Family funeral directors posses care and compassion towards their customers that most in the industry now lack- they genuinely made us feel like they took our funeral personally. Thank you all for being so supportive and giving grandad a send off that will be remembered for years to come.

*OUTSTANDING SERVICE* The loss that myself and family have experienced recently has brought devastating pain to us all, my son, my little boy who was loved more than the entire world and taken from us in the most awful and tragic way it has truly destroyed my life As you can imagine it was of the upmost importance that we had the right people taking care of him, fisher family was recommended to me by a friend so i hoped for the best and that is exactly what we got, I honestly couldn't be happier with the love and care that they provided for us all, so supportive they done absolutely everything to help with a service that was far from straight forward due to COVID restrictions changing a week before the service and me deciding to push everything back a week at the very last moment, frantically searching for a venue that would allow us more than a 30Mins service with just 30 people Emma really put the work in for us god bless her. They even accommodated visits with my son outside of working hours, literally bent over backwards to give us everything we asked for, I never heard the words "no sorry we can't do that" not once The funeral was the second hardest and most painful day of my life next to the day I lost him but it was beautiful! everything I wanted for him and Emma, collin and the boys where just perfect!! Beautiful souls who I couldn't of been happier with having involved in this heartbreaking process I pray that I never have to arrange another funeral but if I did I wouldn't even consider another service provider that's the honest truth Emma & Collin THANK YOU SOO MUCH!xxx

Hand on my heart I could not recommend Fishers Family Funerals enough.. from calling Colin when my Dad was days away from passing, arranging his funeral, his funeral day and even to after my Dad passed away everyone at Fishers Family Funerals were lovely, empathetic and showed genuine love and support for my family and I. You can just tell for Colin, Emma and their staff this isn’t just a job. Their heart is fully with you.. They listen and enjoy hearing your stories you tell ❤️ As much as I don’t ever want too loose a loved one again, death is inevitable 😓 and I have no doubt what so ever that Fishers Family Funeral Is where I’d go too. A family run business with more then excellent customer service skills you actually feel at home when you are there ❤️

We couldn’t have found a more caring, thoughtful & professional funeral parlour then Emma ❤️ & Colin 💙 & the team 💚 at Fisher Family funeral Directors. They made my children & myself feel so much more relaxed in visiting my husband/dad at the chapel of rest & were so welcoming & relaxed on our wishes even though we were on a lockdown. They were all so thoughtful & caring to helping in organising his service which went perfectly how my husband would have wanted. I was totally surprised 😱 at the charge of his funeral, (below priced) especially for the service that was professional provided, & I had to remind them a few times to send me the invoice so I could pay, which they never were on my case for the payment, such kindness, not in this business for money, I felt it’s because they feel your loss & support the best way they can. Fisher Funeral deserve 10 ⭐️
