Both my parents had setup funeral plans with Fisher and Dixon funeral directors. When we arrived to discuss any arrangements that they my parents had made the staff was very sensitive and respectful of our circumstances. Everything was explained to us and what was going to happen from there on. Customer service was fantastic and I would like to thank all the team for the help we was given and rate them 5 stars for assisting in making the best of a bad day . Thank you ❤.

Excellent service from start to finish which was a difficult time for myself and my family after the sudden passing of my beautiful mum, Joanne was there for us leading up to the funeral whilst Dawn looked after us on the day. Special mention for Rachel who suggested a place to lay my mum's ashes to rest, I didn't even know this place was there and it's just perfect! Many thanks to you all at Fisher & Dixon. My aunt recently died and she had a pre paid funeral plan. Fisher & Dixon were the funeral directors who dealt with the funeral. I cannot praise them highly enough. They were so kind, helpful and very respectful, they kept me informed about everything,arranged for the Celebration of Life minister to contact me. Dawn, the funeral director called at our home a couple of days before the funeral to make sure all details had been dealt with. They made a sad time much more bearable with their kindness and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone at Fisher & Dixon.
