I have been a customer of Fish Planet London for almost a year now and I thought let's give their business a deserving review. I am a hobbyist for 4 years now and I have been buying and dealing with various pet shops, aquatic shops and online stores. What I rate Fish Planet as their top asset is their customer friendliness and service. Ramos, Dan and Pawel are all top lads in this business.They are approachable and not intimidating especially if you are a newbie. The staff will even take your hand even at the very first step of your fishkeeping hobby. Secondly, their shop is spotless, organised and clean, you would not see (I have not) any dead fishes on sight. It is well maintained and easy to navigate. Thirdly, Dan likes to quote "high quality fish" and yes, I believe so. I think their fishes are sources from a reputable supplier/breeder. Now, as much as this is as close to perfection, I would not say that I did not have issues in the past with my purchase but they have dealt with my complaint professionally - and they get credit for that. Fish Planet's pricing can be competitive in some areas and I have seen the prices increased over a period, of course these are due to business factors. I hope that perhaps they will give some discounts and promos in the future, or price reductions. Also, please put back your Facebook page, I am one of those who have no IG so I can be updated of your stocks. I miss the stories and updates of your business via Facebook. Another suggestion if I may, I think you should have a separate massive tank for rehomed fishes (if you start taking rehomes for like bigger Cichlids), especially for bigger sized ones. Please sell them at a discounted price since you might have bought them at a lower price or even for free. Cheers to Fish Planet and many more years to come! I think it's the best aquarium shop I have ever seen, it's amazing! They have an impressive variety of fish and other aquatic animals (frogs, axolotl, turtles, crabs) and every member of the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help or give useful tips. Very good range of high quality of aquarium decorations, fish food and other products. Definitely the place to go in London either if you are an experienced aquarist or new to the hobby!

Visited lots of different fish/aquarium shops all over London & am really impressed. This 1 is the best for sure. Everyone is unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable & happy to answer any question you might have. All livestock is well cared for & healthy when you come to buy it. So pleased with my gorgeous high grade male betta. Huge amount of aquariums, plants (on bog wood/suction, see pic), food, accessories & anything you could need. 10/10. Ps: Will update pics once lights go on but look at his colours already!

With the automated world taking over and the need to replace my terrapins tank due to it cracking whilst I cleaned it - I very nearly bought a tank on Amazon. A friend told me to check out Fish Planet and I kid you not, I bought the same tank that was advertised for £130, for £60 from Fish Planet. They even gave The gents were patient & extremely knowledgeable - I never once felt like my aquatic naivety was being taken advantage of and I’ll definitely be coming back Pics of my boy Turbo below enjoying his new domain

Got a SRD flower horn, top quality fish. All shop staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable, I was very into chain aquatics stores but this shop has definitely changed my mind on them! I'm from Portsmouth area and would 100% travel to this shop to get food, fish, and accessories.
