    We bought 2 X 2 Lobster Thermador Halves to eat for Boxing Day 2022; the Lobster was delivered on time with no issues, came perfectly wrapped with very easy instructions on how to prepare and cook the Lobster. The quality was extremely high and I would definitely come back and order again from them.

    I grew up in Cornwall and I’ve been gifted these 3 times. First time seafood, which was good. Second and third time was ready meals and fish cakes. I’m no chef but it’s like these people can’t cook. We just threw the fish cakes away this time as it tasted odd, and last time had to throw the curry away as it was bland. I’ve asked my family to stop buying me these as a gift. I don’t think I could eat this again and has totally put me off so I am not asking for anything here, just giving my opinion. And yes we have a local fishmonger and regularly order from butchers, fish mongers and even have a smoked salmon guy in London so I’m not complaining for the sake of it. I mean I didn’t even pay for it. I hope you improve.

    Sorry have always been very happy with the fish, this time ordered lobster which was good however received 2 400g crabs in place of 1 800 g crab which gave about 115g crab net each this is not fair and not what was ordered, will have to consider making further orders

    Have e mailed fish for thought today regarding my experience at the hands of a DPD driver. Knowing that the driver was 15 minutes away I sat in front garden waiting , only to eventually receive a DPD message saying there was no one in and fish had been left with at a *neighbours* house which is actually around the corner on the other side of the main road in the #gard#. On the hottest day of the year with a bus stop outside the house! No answer at said house no sign of parcel. I have left DPD post on trust pilot . I am ever hopeful I will not be £60.00 out of pocket, so will wait to see the response from Paul at Fish For Thought and come back and do a relevant update. Fish for Thought are kindly resending this order. I have complained to DPD Exec and I an (more in hope than expectation) waiting to hear from them. It will be interesting to see if they can get this one right. Thank you Alison for a professional response which is not if your making.

    I just got the worst delivery yet! Courier didn’t bother to knock at the door just left it on the doorstep. Did get text notification so went and retrieved it. Opened it up to find I had spent £16 on 2 pieces of cod of no more than 3x3”. And to make disappointment complete, no free Mac and cheese that supposedly came with every order made before XXX date! Will not be using again.

    Wow..Reviewing from New Zealand..Placed a couple of orders last Christmas for gifts in the UK ..well received from memory.. Place 3 orders this year 2021..such an easy process all parties absolutely delighted..My Mother is 84 and a fishmongers daughter..Says she has never seen or tasted Smoked Salmon so delicious, well cut and presented and she has lived/visited places all over the world..AAA+++ ..Thank you team
