    Purchased a Volvo xc60 in November 2022. They agreed to have some minor paint blemishes sorted before I picked up the car. Arrived the paintwork was not done, said they would arrange for it to be sorted in my home town. Nothing got sorted, I had to chase and chase Richard Zimmerman in sales never returns calls or emails. They eventually took the car back and sorted the problems. Now 5 months later, some lacquer has started to peel from the front wing, again rang Richard Zimmerman, he asked for photos, I emailed them, after 20 days still no response from Fish Brothers, rang spoke With Dale (manager) in sales, who bluntly told me its not down to them, and he had told Richard two Dave from Southampton weeks ago, and had nothing more to say, be careful when buying a 20k second hand car from these people, I paid cash, looks like once they have your money the caring goes out the window, this is now being taken to trading standards, not a happy customer
