Absolutely fantastic customer service from the parts department. I was in desperate need of a part that I couldn’t get from Renault direct but found Fish Brothers who were more than happy to assist. The part was on back order with Renault direct but I was very lucky in getting it and so quickly (next day delivery). So a huge thank you from a Driving Instructor in Norwich who was desperate to get her car 🚗. back 🙌🏻

My first car from Renault was brilliant. Second car took it for its final service under the agreement also arranged for 1st MOT. Left it with them about an hour later got a call to say I had a problem with my tyres,which I was very surprised as I hadn’t done very much mileage because of Covid. I went back with my husband to be told that he tester can show me the threads underneath and proceeded to cut my tyre to show me. He also said they all really needed replacing. My husband told the man to put it all back together and we would get a second opinion. He then said “I can put a patch on it” I got charged for the patch on the tyre that he cut. Now about 8 months later I noticed that tyre kept needing topping with air so, went to a tyre shop to get him to check all of them. The tyre that Renault cut and put a patch on had a small screw gone into it which was removed and patched and all tyres still don’t need replacing. That’s from an expert not me

Shabby garage with cracked windows and even worse customer service. Management interrupts conversations with customers without excuse while dealers try to rip you off by providing quotes £1,5k more then other dealers. Fish Brothers are all after your money, poor customer service, I would not bother. Better to drive few miles away from there to get a better deal.
