So I recently bought a watch from Fish Brothers, I have been looking at their website for a few years so I went to view a particular model. I was struggling to decide but eventually bought it after viewing it twice. A few days later I decided it wasnt for me so returned it one week later for a full refund. I was met by a lovely lady called Saira on every occasion. She was very friendly and helpful and took care of the refund apart from the deposit which Luke did a few days later. Saira has been at the store for many many years and is a credit to Fish Brothers. Thank you Saira.

I have visited the shop a number of times recently and I cannot fault the service. I usually deal with Saira and Latoya who are always friendly, helpful, patient and willing to answer any questions I have. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fish Brothers Walthamstow. And I'm addicted to buying jewellery, I've been many jewellers, & because of the lack of customer service, I don't go anywhere except (FISH BROS) in the market, the service & welcome greetings i receive from the staff there... (LATOYA & SAIRA) I give a standing ovation the the (FISH BROS MANAGEMENT) Whoever employed them..!! I have revisited fisher brothers walthamstow today 28/4/2021 because off my pleasant experience with them my last visit i was served by LATOYA B again she was very provisional, friendly, helpful and had excellent customer service skills it was fantastic to see her friendly face again I 100% recommend fisher brothers walthamstow it's the best place to go if you are looking excellent customer service and very welcoming staff that have the best interest off thier customers at heart that we all need and want from our local business thank you LATOYA B for making my experience with the business enjoyable one again see you guys soon .
