I had problem with my heart and I called to book appointment and see what is wrong or is it something serious the receptionist told me only emergency booking and I said give me appointment and I said I think I am in emergency situation because I have something wrong with my heart and she just told me I should go to hospital and try to get rid of me if I have chest problems I should go to hospital not to call GP so anytime I want to call my GP I always have problem with make a appointment really don’t understand why I have GP then if they are never there to help? This GP service is terrible . My daughter was very very ill. I called at 8am specifying that it's an emergency, I was given an appointment at 9:30 am. Upon arrival with my daughter that could barely walk and a high temperature , I was told this appointment was not for today but for after 2 days. They have terrible services, my daughter was so sick that she started crying .The apology was very half hearted and there was a clear lack of sympathy, it was inhumane treatment .This is just one of the many instances this gp has disappointed me . The receptionists picking up the calls are unprofessional and they are unorganised . If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Why ER in hospitals overloaded? It is because local clinics are not able to help on people who feel sick. This clinic used to have good comment. But not now-a-day, rigid staffs, not helpful at all, incapable of empathy. I am so disappointed.

Been quite lucky with firsway as hear other people have nightmares at there GP. Staff very helpful and doctors I've seen are very nice Don't have to wait weeks usually sorted same day. Great place 🙂 Thanks 👍

Can never get an appointment. They supposingly will give you a 30 minute slot online booking system to make a telephone or face to face appointment but that never happens because within 2mins of the online system being open its closed saying they are full for the day. If you call they refer you back to the online system. If you email they refer you back to the online system. I've been at home within several health issues and recovering from a injury for weeks now. They don't care.

Embarrassing place, the managers really need to pull their fingers out and do their job properly, managers have a miserable look on their face. state of you. It makes me feel worse about myself i’d rather watch tutorial on how to better yourself. Just a shocking little spot in the heart of RC. I heard the managers swearing in the back too and that’s not fair really is it because I don’t like swearing. Don’t bother🤦♂️

Although the online booking service can be daunting, today it worked a treat for me. Logged my request at 8 am, contacted by the doctor herself by 8.30, greeted by the friendly receptionist and seeing the wonderful Dr. Sabor by 10.20... Blood tests and hospital appointment arranged. Nothing but friendly, efficient service.
