Receptionist was quite rude when I called to make an emergency appointment. Stated there was nothing available but asked me to explain the problem just for them to say that they have no appointments again after me going through the issue. Wasted my time and was unnecessarily rude and uncaring when I explained the problem. I am unsure what the vet service is like here but this interaction has put me off ever using them in the future.

Had to have my greyhound out to sleep the vet and nurse were so caring and considerate and showed so much compassion on what is a very difficult time. Thankyou all at first vets highly recommended 👌

Our dog had a procedure carried out at the vets and all I can say is the staff were all friendly and professional and looked after our dog brilliantly will definitely be returning if needed too again 👍

The head vet, Stephen Bridges, killed my neighbours rabbit. He went in for a check up as he was having some difficulty breathing. He was becoming stressed and wriggly and so Stephen pinned him down to the table and he died in front of them. This man crushed the life from this poor rabbit it was so traumatic to my neighbours that they still cannot talk about it and so have asked me to do this for them. He was rude to them when he came in and tried to cover his back acting as though it was natural. Do not use this vets. It will be escalated further.
