I applied here for a work from home job, there was 16 of us to start with, we were all close friends by the end of training. The office lot were really against the people that are not in the office and I think that’s why we ended up being so close, they would talk about you behind your back with other coworkers and the TLs would set you up to fail with the lack of support. They would also lie to get people into trouble (especially if calls weren’t recorded or it was your word against theirs) and that’s how most people lost there jobs. We had two TLs for a long time and was considered lucky but they were never there to help, they’re only there to breath down you neck when something went wrong due to the lack of help. The people that worked in the office were praised in front of our faces and could never do no wrong even if we all witnessed it. Most of us left due to how toxic the workplace is, that’s if we wasn’t let go first due to all the lies circling. The job it’s self I loved and it would probably be a great place to work if you still act like a child.
