    Absolutely terrible company. Due to an "error in their admin team" we have just been billed over £1,000 to pay to them in the next 2 weeks. Despite paying by direct debit monthly to them ontop (which has been randomly stopped by them this year thus causing more owed) and during this financial crisis at the moment. Charged so highly for work not done on our property. No end of stress and worry. Do not use this company if you can help it.

    A proper FRAUD company The worst company ever! A proper FRAUD company. The building is going to ruin. The lift is not maintained at all. The security gate has not been working for a year now. The emergency corridor lights are not working. All issues have been reported many times by residents. The cleaning service changed from once a week to every two weeks (the same price). One thing we always get on time is our bills... In 10 years, the monthly fee has gone up by 300% and will continue to rise. Topics could include Building not painted ever Building badly maintained Bricks not replaced Security gates not repaired Security doors not repaired Lifelines not working for weeks Rust on car parks Lack of general day-to-day maintenance Road unfurnished Parking issues not addressed Nothing gets done until it has broken or damaged beyond repair Electrics in Core 8-9 are in dire need of attention and potential fire hazard. Leaks not addressed Cost cutting which is to reduce the already pathetic levels of service we are billed for In 10 years the monthly fee has gone up by 300% and will continue to rise.     They're shockingly bad, ignorant customer service team. Impossible to get hold of anyone to complain about their poor service. Service from central office is shocking they won’t answer the phones won’t reply to emails and are of no help at all. They never replied to emails and they just invented jobs so they can charge us. This company is without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with and their total inability to a)solve the issue and b)keep me informed is appalling. So this will be read by the social media department, who will inform the customer care department, who will do absolutely nothing, which is what they have done throughout this whole process.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. Have been contacting them over an accounting issue for over 4 months. Sporadic responses to my chase up e-mails saying that they would pass my e-mail on. Worst customer experience ever, particularly when their error has resulted in me being over charged.

    Have sent many emails regarding our property in Castle Street High Wycombe. No response. am raising a formal complaint and will follow up with the ombudsman if no response is forthcoming in 8 weeks . suggest everyone else with issues with Chamonix starts the official complaints procedure which is 8 weeks in total then if not satisfied takes this up with the ombudsman.
