I initially worked for Firstpoint 5 years ago and have recently re joined as full time Agency having now left my position in the NHS. The reason I decided to do this was financial but also I felt Firstpoint respected me as a nurse and have always endeavoured to find me shifts in places I want to work at good rates. I have always been paid correctly and in a timely manner. I have never been ignored and on every occasion I have always found Tom and more recently Jack to be an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this Agency enough:)
