Needed physio for an arm injury but NHS could only offer me a video call when I needed hands on ,found Vinita on Google and she came to the rescue after two sessions of her working her magic on my arm have more movement in my arm and excerise to continue at home ,will definitely be back in the future

I needed physiotherapy for my shoulder pain and found First4Therapy online. After discussing my symptoms with Vinita, she suggested an MRI and after that I had a course of physiotherapy sessions with her. She is very professional and also a nice person – I felt at ease during the treatments. As I’m now pain-free I just need to continue my exercises at home to keep my shoulder mobility. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and it’s a bonus that she is also a listed professional at my private insurance provider so I could have treatment covered by them.
