Buses at 5.50 pm regularly arrive 2 or 2 at a time, 1 stops to pick up passengers the other sail past the Picadilly stop. Bus that has stopped can barely get all the huge queue of passengers on. Rubbish service of an evening.

Hardly ever on time, often unpolite or even rude bus drivers. More then once I have seen them drive by people who are waiting on the bus while the bus was not full.
