Ordered a lease car from FVL 7 months before my current lease expired. I chased up the new car 2 months before and was reassured that there was no particular problem. Sadly, no car arrived, I had to make alternative arrangements and FVL kept my £300 Read the small print!!! In fairness, Ross seemed very genuine and tried hard but I am still out of pocket!

Have recently leased two cars from FVL. From ordering to delivery Ross kept me informed of the progress of the cars. When the cars were delayed at the factory Ross was able to look at changing over the two factory orders for in stock cars. First class experience and would highly recommend using Ross and FVL. The after care team have also kept in touch to make sure everything went smoothly with the deliveries and I was happy with the cars.

First and last time to use this company. I was just discussing a quote and when I mentioned that the "apply for finance" is available on company's websites, the account manager "Ross" challenged me by saying he's got 10 years experience and gave me attitude. Not very professional and therefore wouldn't recommend.
