Experience similar to everyone else here. Tried to pick up a parcel and within the process, and with no fault of mine, then he screamed at me with profanities and asked me why am I 3 days late from collecting the parcel. And when I thought he’s done with the process, and tried to retrieve the parcel, he snatched my parcel and screamed at me even more. Increasingly loud with obscene amount of profanities – to a point where I’m worried about my safety.

Don't come to this store! The old people in the store are scary and rude. I picked up the package, but he kept giving me a hard time. He scared me to tears. I will never come here again and have told my neighbours never to go near it.

Extremely rude shopkeeper. I was sick (with Covid) so I collected my parcel 5 days after it arrived. I was yelled at by the owner blaming me for taking up space in his shop. He also said he was going to send it back that day. Evri's policy is 10 days so I was definitely within my right.
