Fantastic environment for the kids to develop their skills. My son's basic skills improved immensely after only a few sessions. My son has been training with First Kick Footbal more than 6 months now and I’ve noticed a huge difference in such a short space of time. The coaches are great at what they do, especially Coach Luke! Very supportive and always making sure they bring out the best of every child. My son always looks forward to attending his training sessions, I would highly recommend to anyone with a child who wants to progress and has a keen interest in football.

Very poor communication. Sent email complaint and had no acknowledgment whatsoever, yet they manage to update social media multiple times. We signed up for the ‘Football Development’ programme yet after 4 weeks I am yet to witness the children actually being taught anything. We were lead to believe this was a course which ‘teaches correct football techniques’ whilst what actually happens is mini matches where children are shoved about and the ball is kicked aimlessly around the hall. There is no ‘correction’ or direction at all. There isn’t even any basic rules of football followed! Even when the ball is being kicked from one side of hall to the other, the children aren’t encouraged to pass instead. They are crammed into a sports hall which is clearly too small for the amount of children on the programme. There are also far too many children and only 2 coaches present during the session. It’s not surprising they make you pay upfront for the whole course because if it was week by week I’m sure a lot wouldn’t return!

My Son is 11 and not had any interest in joining a football club until recently, he is really enjoying it, the structure is brilliant, staff are great, my son has come on leaps and bounds since starting here, we have signed up for the next sessions and would highly recommend girls and boys to join to build your skills,

I rang up First Kick Football as I was driving past their office on Hennel Lane, Preston, having just seen the word ‘football’ so quickly. I rang up not knowing whether this was a football training centre or the likes and spoke to a lovely lady called Tess who briefed me on the football sessions they offer. I did tell her she’d need to tell me everything I need to know as I’m new to all of this and I was simply just exploring what’s out there at the moment for my 4yr old. I had no intention of booking something there and then. However, within the 10 mins of our phone-call I’d called her back to book; I was convinced. Tess was very pleasant, knowledgeable and literally sold it to me straight away without even sounding pushy. This is amazing customer service. I was just so quickly convinced to sign up despite even missing the 1st 2 sessions of the programme. Thank you Tess for a lovely customer experience. You are a credit to your organisation. As for the 1st football session, we had this yesterday and honestly speaking, 1st impressions of the 1st session….. I’m very happy with my choice. Great session. Thank you to Corey & colleague (didn’t catch her name) on such great coaching & engagement. Hope this continues throughout the full programme, so that we can continue with you.
