2nd time I've been here to get my hair done. 1st of all the Young girl at reception desk is extremely polite and helpful. I had my hair done by Holly, did my hair to the exact length i wanted and the exact colour I also wanted. Constant conversation all the time I was there. 100% would recommend to anyone, brilliant experience all round and will go back again!! Services: Hairstyling, Blowdry, Hair coloring

Please save your sanity more than money. My worst experience ever! Worst management and worst customer dealing. I never gave a bad review but I can’t hold it inside! Not only got my hair ruined but got my self blamed for it. After the unwanted hair dye they kept me standing for their shoot. I paid £155 to walk out of the salon crying! Next day i went to talk through it because i was very disturbed but it was even worse. Going back was horrible experience. No one should be treated the way they treated me. Racism may be, but i paid you woman!! The consultation appointment was a day before for which i paid £5, when i had the patch test and the consultation was done by someone else not the manager, still on the day of hair dye the manager took more than half an hour to confuse me and the stylist who did my hair, and said later it was a consultation??!!! The manager controls everything and everyone and she doesn’t know how to talk to customers who you have costed their sanity. She said i have a recording where you mentioned this colour when i asked her to show it, she made excuses and blocked me from instagram where i have been communicating. Honestly they don’t even know what balayage is! Even after showing them pictures for few times the stylist kept coming back and forth between me and the manager because the manager told me the next day, no one can choose colour without my consultation. I will make sure this worst experience goes public as much as possible so people save their money, dignity, peace and emotions! P.S this is the edit: The so called consultation the manager is talking about was from 10 feet away where she was washing someone else’s hair and my stylist was acting as a messenger so the consultation was actually between both of them. And i never abused anyone if you watch that recording you are talking about you can hear yourself saying “i would choose this and this” before she started doing my hair. It was pnly yoir decision not mine and not even my stylist. I feel sorry for the employees because you don’t give them a free hand to show their talent. Holly might have done the right job without your interference. She even apologised to me after the blow dry because she actually knows what went wrong. And it is only your fault. It doesn’t hurt to apologise for your mistake and offer any compensation, you are so unkind and unprofessional not to offer anything at all. If i did something wrong why didn’t you say it to me tat the colour will come out after few washes if you think you didn’t do anything Wrong? The colour didn’t come out and it won’t because it was a mistake from your side which you don’t have guts to admit and want to put the blame on me! I could have made a scene and won’t pay but i paid even more than what was told to me before. If i had to abuse I wouldn’t be paying for a disaster £155. I paid because i am not that person and bedore writing the review i came to you and see how you handled. So unprofessional. Of course it’s racism, not even once you offered me any kind of compensation, that is customer’s right. Please send me the recording you promised to send me where i said certain things you accused me about. I am waiting for it! Services: Blowouts, Balayage, Hair coloring
