  I became a client of First Frame as I was let down twice by someone else. They came recommended so I felt comfortable with them. But what they produced for me went far beyond what I had in mind. It was a commercial video to be used in marketing a regular event that I run. They came along and were so professional. They blended into the wallpaper in the venue and you could hardly tell they were there. But they most certainly were. Their footage and finished product is the proudest thing That I put out there on social media. It's simply Hollywood. Top Marks guys! They have already worked with one of my other clients as they are that good.

  I came across Ryan Mulhern on LinkedIn via another contact of mine. On reaching out to Ryan he was prompt in replying and fully understood our brief. I took a chance on someone I had never worked with before and it absolutely paid off. The professionalism of Ryan and his colleague was noted by many people at our event and the filming and photography was done in such a way that our guests didn't even know they were there. Our event didn't finish until after 10.30pm and by 1.00am the following morning I had the first and final cut of the video created by Ryan. I say 'final' because the final output from Ryan was so good that we didn't make any edits to it. The feedback from Reward's Directors, the Reward Team and guests who attended our event speaks volumes - we will certainly be working with Ryan again.

  What can I tell you about First Frame? They are simply excellent! I have worked with First Frame on content for myself and for other client’s requirements. At all times they are professional, courteous, creative and fun! There is so much more to putting a good video together than you’d imagine and First Frame have it all covered. But they go further than that. Producing a video is only a part of it. First Frame will question the brief, adding their own value to the project. What are your objectives, how will the video be marketed? If you want the full package and a true partner to work with, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  Right from our first meeting First Frame were keen to understand our business, what we wished to communicate and how we envisaged it looking. Then he inspired us by explaining how we could achieve the results we wanted and how he could expand and improve our vision. We worked as a team from the moment we met until the finished video was sitting on our website. Throughout the 2 days of filming he was spontaneous and insightful - nothing was too much trouble, he's easy going and open to change. During the editing period he continued the creative process, offering us his thoughts and expertise. We thoroughly enjoyed our filming days - quite exhausting but a whole load of fun - and the finished video is perfect and has received fantastic feedback!

As someone with limited technological ability, Ryan explained how to use my phone as an effective tool for the business. His delivery was excellent and put me, and others, at ease and supported us all to create our own video whilst we were there.
