    I emailed Steve the night before I required a small plaque to be engraved. All very last minute. He replied almost straight away that evening to have ready for the next day. I wasn’t able to pick the plaque up before the shop closed, so we arranged for it to be left by the shop for me to collect when I could. Really great service and would recommend.
