He was friendly and accessible and gave clear and informed advice at each step - all with no attempt to circumvent the fixed fee agreed despite the process taking 11 months and hours of his time due to difficulties on my side (a demanding neighbour and delays by my architect). He went above and beyond, was knowledgeable and professional at all times, and I would highly recommend him.
