When returning from Edinburgh to Bristol I managed to lose my credit card holder and all the cards. I did the necessary whenever I got home and everything was cancelled quickly. I also got in touch with Edinburgh airport lost property who were very helpful and Bristol airport lost property who were likewise. They advised me to call again in a few days which I did but no luck. My flights were on March 21st this year. I’d given up hope when approximately 6 weeks later around 16th May, First flight got in touch. Since hearing from them things have moved along quickly and my card holder and cards will be in the post tonight. I dealt with Vanessa who replied quickly and politely to my emails. I’ve given them 4* which is maybe a wee bit unfair because I do not know who caused the delay in finding them. The only other niggle is I’m still none the wiser where my cards were found and I’d really like to know.
