We booked First Choice for a long trip on Christmas Eve with only a couple of hours' notice after some family members changed their plans at the last minute. Not only did they take on the job, accurately estimate the metered price for a quote (which was a very reasonable price) and turn up right on time, but they also popped round a few days later to return a Christmas present that said family members had left in their car! Awful taxi driver parked in permit parking only refused to move vehicle so my wife visiting her friend could park (with required permit) and the driver immediately became aggressive, abusive and threatening towards my disabled wife. Wouldn't want this particular driver responsible for driving a vehicle with my family in it. Reported to the Police and licensing board.
