Hi, I have worked with this agency from one year now manager not give me a shifts she is very rude ,she not listen workers problems and my 8holidays are pending from last year and I told about my holidays to Ross Shanon and Manager and I have sent many emails but they said your holidays are gone on last year but I requested about it from November to December.They are very rude. My experience was not good I was new in Uk on that time I didn't know about yhe holidays but they not gave me the pay of holidays.

Terrible terrible agency. Sneaky and obnoxious staff who gives out shifts based on whether they like you or not. Very unfair, rude and will drop you without any warning and will leave you in the dark. Staff act prestigious and there are no words damaging enough to describe the staff members! Stay away from this agency in West Brom at all Costs . Some of the worst people I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Enjoy ur career behind a desk at an office !
