Totally rubbish service from Halifax to queensbury. And Bradford to queensbury. Never on time. The 2 turn up same time. Iv seen 4 buses come from Bradford via queensbury. Almost behind each other. From bothtown to queensbury. Is a joke. You just wait and wait. Total poor managed service

Totally Useless. Just spent another 20 minutes waiting for a bus that never turned up! Buses frequently late and often cancelled thereby making it difficult to plan your journey. The app is a complete waste of time: inaccurate, and the buses often not running to stated route (when you show the drivers they just shrug their shoulders and aren't in the slightest bit interested). Shambolic!

Friendly drivers who sometimes have to put up with alot of abuse from public because buses miss and run late, sometimes roadworks etc. Return tickets and weekly passes make travel reasonably priced upto alot of other companies.
