9 had pulled into the station. Left the doors open and the driver disappeared for 20 minutes just to come back to turn the bus into a B3. It got to half 5 (30 minutes late) and still no sign of the 9. No communication to passengers and started screaming at an elderly gentleman and his wife just because they asked if they knew where the bus was. Disgusting!

Buses randomly do not turn up at king Edward road in laindon on route to train station at 6:04 when it’s meant to making me late for work why???? Because we all see people in the public service crying about not getting paid enough maybe do your jobs properly & maybe you might get paid what you deserve!!!!!
