Ordered an A&D Blood Pressure cuff to check my Grandchildrens blood pressures for hospital telephone appointment, Ordered on 4th july and payed with paypal, received no communication from first aid at all, rang on friday 10th july to be told would check and ring back later NO Call. rang again Monday 13th july to be told see does not deal with on line orders it is someone else but they are not there.

I wish I could upload the comical size box I received 4 pairs of tweezers in (39 x 25 x 18) loaded with plastic wrapping. If you hate the environment then order away. Oh and hope you don't need to call them as it's only 0845 numbers which will cost a small fortune

Goods arrived efficiently, however box was far too big for item with a large amount of space filled with a ridiculous amount of bubble wrap, company requires to review their environmental credentials, war on plastic clearly not a concern or on their agenda
