Our experiance with Tahir ws brilliant. He showed the different procedures ranging from a baby,teenager and adult. The right steps to take in all situations. All while bringing a smile to us as sometimes these courses can drag on quite a bit. Very good . Would recommend

Not a particularly well structured course. The instructor stood at the front of the group and seemed to ramble through whatever the attendees wanted to cover. My question wasn't answered particularly well. That said content was covered. I'm staggered a certificate after the session. I would be reluctant to recommend this session. I've been to other first aid sessions which were far better in quality and you walked away feeling trained. The owner posted this ridiculous response. I spoke to others on the course and they feel the same about your course Tahir. They just didn't post a feedback. "We have many satisfied customers and all of our tutors are happy to answer questions.In fact you can email questions to us if there are further questions after the course .You would have had both formative and summative assessment as part of the course .You would have taken part in both practical and theory sessions . If you feel incompetent the safest and correct course of action is to send the certificate back . Further you never made any complaint to the tutor or to us which is not in accordance with any complaints policy for any organisation.Finally you are the only person on the course to post such feedback.We welcome all honest non prejudiced feedback"

I had a positive experience doing a course with Tahir, online. I had to send in videos of performing the various procedures for evaluation which during this period of COVID, is an efficient way of still allowing people to learn and demonstrate First Aid skills. He was good at watching them and feeding back anything that needed improving , in order to resubmit until i had it right. At first I wanted a face to face course. Covid etc meant several cancellations, until i finally agreed on this online course. I thought it was going to be inferiour, as notes were not great but Tahirs patience meant that I learnt more than previous courses. I was very pleased and I feel confident to call myself a first aider. Thankyou. I would recommend

Was at the East London site. The course was so good, pleasantly surprised! Thorough, informative and practical. The trainer, Tahir was fun and obviously knew his stuff. He kept to time and made sure we all understood. Missing a star mostly due to the actual building it was held in.
